Terms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to your use of www.accountrix.click and describe the general basis on which Accountrix LLC (“Accountrix”, “we”, “us”) provides services. A written proposal or agreement for a specific engagement adds details such as price, scope and payment terms. If the written proposal or agreement differs from these terms, the written proposal or agreement applies to that engagement.

1. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in ways it is not designed for.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided for general information. Service descriptions and prices describe our standard packages and may change. The proposal you approve is what applies to your engagement.

2. How engagements are agreed

Requesting a service on this website sends an inquiry. It is not an order and does not create a contract. An engagement starts only when we have issued a written proposal and you have approved it in writing.

Campaign management services run in 30-day periods. Each new period starts only when you confirm it. There is no automatic recurring billing.

3. Scope and deliverables

The written scope lists the deliverables, quantities, revision rounds, account limits and ad-spend limits for the engagement. Work outside that scope, including additional campaigns, accounts, deliverables or larger advertising budgets, is quoted separately and starts only after you approve the quote.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and keep us informed of relevant changes.
  • Supply brand assets, images, footage and other materials that you own or have the right to use, and approve them for use.
  • Confirm that claims, offers and prices used in ads are accurate and lawful.
  • Grant the account access the work requires and keep your accounts in good standing.
  • Give feedback and approvals in a timely way. Delays in feedback or access may delay delivery.

5. Approvals and revisions

We share work for your review before delivery or launch. Where revision rounds are included, each round is consolidated: you send all feedback for that round together. Ads, pages and campaigns go live only after your approval. Once you approve an item, further changes to it may be treated as extra work.

6. Fees, advertising spend and third-party charges

Our fees and payment terms are stated in the written proposal. Our fees do not include advertising spend. You pay advertising platforms directly through your own accounts.

Domains, hosting, paid software, form services, premium stock assets and other third-party charges are separate unless the written scope explicitly includes them.

7. Intellectual property

When the agreed payment terms for an engagement are met, we hand over the final deliverables created for you under that engagement, and you may use them for your business.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, templates and know-how. Third-party materials, such as licensed music, fonts or stock assets, remain subject to their own licence terms. Materials you supply remain yours.

8. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us, including account data and business plans, as confidential. We use it only to carry out the agreed work and share it only with service providers who need it for that purpose, or where the law requires.

9. Platform dependencies

Advertising platforms, analytics tools and hosting services are operated by third parties. They set their own policies, review ads, may restrict accounts and may change features at any time. We are not responsible for decisions made by these platforms, but we will tell you when something affects your campaign and suggest options.

10. No guaranteed results

We commit to performing the agreed work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee sales, lead volume, return on ad spend, ad approval, search rankings or platform availability. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, website and platform decisions.

11. Website disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is”. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date. Changes do not alter a proposal you have already approved unless both sides agree in writing.
