1. Who we are

Accountrix LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (Entity ID 2025-001828728). Our team works from Dhaka, Bangladesh. For privacy questions, email support@accountrix.click.

2. Information you choose to share

We receive personal information only when you choose to send it to us, for example when you:

• send us an email, including an inquiry prepared with our contact form;
• call us;
• share information, files or account access while we prepare a proposal or deliver a service.

This usually includes your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and the details you write about your project.

3. How the contact form works

The contact form runs entirely in your browser. It checks that the required fields are filled in and then prepares an email. The form does not send your details to our server or to any form service, and it does not store them.

Your inquiry reaches us only when you choose “Continue in Email App” and send the email from your own email account, or when you copy the message and send it yourself. Once you send it, we receive the email through our email provider.

4. How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver services you have agreed to, including communicating about the work.
• To keep business and accounting records.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry details for advertising.

5. Client account access and project data

When you engage us, you may give us access to advertising, analytics or website accounts. We use that access only to carry out the agreed work. Data inside those accounts remains under your control and is governed by the platform’s own terms. You can remove our access at any time.

6. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by a third-party web hosting provider. Like most web servers, the hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

7. Embedded Google Maps

Our Contact page includes two map cards. A map is not loaded until you select “Load map”. When you do, your browser connects to Google, and Google may receive your IP address and other technical information and may set cookies. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

The “Open in Google Maps” links take you to Google’s website, where Google’s terms and policies apply.

8. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage or similar browser storage. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting. See the Cookie Policy for details.

9. Other service providers

We use third-party services to run our business, such as email, file sharing and video calling providers. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver their services. We share only what is needed for the purpose.

10. International processing

Our team works from Bangladesh and the company is registered in the United States. Information you send us may be processed in Bangladesh, the United States and the countries where our service providers operate.

11. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project communications and records for as long as needed to deliver the services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep it.

12. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email support@accountrix.click with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

13. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
