Our process

Seven steps from first message to delivery

Every service follows the same sequence. You approve the scope before work begins and approve the result before anything goes live.

  1. 1

    Initial inquiry

Send an inquiry through the Contact page or email sales@accountrix.click. Include your business name, website, the service you are considering and what you want to achieve.

We reply by email. If something is unclear, we ask before suggesting anything.

From you: Your goals, website and the service you are interested in.

  2. 2

    Requirements and scope confirmation

We go through the details that affect the work: audience, offer, platforms, budget and timing. Where useful, we schedule a video call.

At the end of this step, both sides agree in writing what will be delivered, what is not included and what we will need from you.

From you: Answers to our questions and any constraints we should know about.

  3. 3

    Proposal and approval

The proposal states the service, the fixed fee, the deliverables, the billing unit and the payment terms. For management services, it also states the 30-day period and the ad-spend limit covered.

Work begins only after you approve the proposal in writing.

From you: Review and written approval of the proposal.

  4. 4

    Asset and account-access collection

We send a checklist of what the service needs: logo and brand files, product images or footage, offer details and access to platforms such as Meta Business, Google Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

We ask for access through each platform’s own sharing tools rather than shared passwords. You remain the owner of every account.

From you: Brand assets, approved information and account access.

  5. 5

    Production or campaign setup

Creative work is produced to the agreed scope. For campaign services, we research audiences or keywords and build campaigns in your accounts without launching them.

If something in the brief changes, we tell you how it affects the scope before continuing.

From you: Quick answers to any questions that come up.

  6. 6

    Client review and launch approval

We share the work for review. For creative packages, you send consolidated feedback for each included revision round.

Campaigns launch only after your approval. Platform ad review can take time and approval is decided by the platform.

From you: Consolidated feedback and final approval.

  7. 7

    Delivery, optimization and reporting

For creative and project services, we deliver the final files or deploy the approved page and confirm the handover.

For management services, we optimize during the 30-day period and send an end-of-period report with recommendations. A new period starts only if you confirm it.

From you: Confirmation of delivery, or a decision about the next period.
